Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented National Accounts Administrator to join our team at Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our National Accounts team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of invoices for larger clients, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
- Manage data and documentation, uploading it into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Assist in creating reports and quotes, including distribution and uploading.
- Collect and prepare inventory data for RFP contracts.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including reception duties on a back-up basis.
- Monitor and report on customer performance indicators.
- Support the preparation of regular reporting.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration or a related field, or 3 years' working experience.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Experience with ERP Systems and advanced computer skills an asset.
- Industry experience in Fire and Life Safety an asset.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual in French is considered an asset.
