Job Title: National Accounts Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented National Accounts Administrator to join our team at Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our National Accounts team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the National Accounts team, including data management, filing, and uploading documentation into our ERP system.
  • Process a high volume of invoices for larger clients, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Assist with creating reports, quotes, and distributing documentation as required.
  • Collect and prepare inventory data for RFP contracts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including reception duties on a back-up basis.
  • Report on customer performance indicators, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team.

Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration or a related field, or 3 years' working experience.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with ERP Systems and advanced computer skills an asset.
  • Industry experience in Fire and Life Safety an asset.
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bilingual in French considered an asset.
