Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled National Accounts Administrator to join our team at Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our National Accounts team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and efficient processing of customer requests.
  • Process a high volume of invoices for larger clients with precision and accuracy, meeting tight deadlines and ensuring timely payment.
  • Manage data with utmost care, completing data management processes, filing, and uploading documentation into our ERP system, maintaining data integrity and security.
  • Develop and maintain reports and assist with quotes, including distribution and uploading, providing valuable insights to drive business decisions.
  • Assist in collecting inventory data and preparing data for RFP contracts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including reception duties on a back-up basis, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Report on customer performance indicators, analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, contributing to the smooth operation of the team.

Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration or related field; or 3 years' working experience.
  • Ability to multitask and be a versatile team member, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook), with experience in ERP Systems and advanced computer ability an asset.
  • Industry experience in Fire and Life Safety an asset; strong organizational and attention to detail skills required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, listening, and customer service skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
  • Bilingual in French is considered an asset; we offer an excellent compensation package and comprehensive benefits program.
