About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Associate to join our team at Permasearch, a TPI Company. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a positive and value-added experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure their needs are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels, fostering a culture of trust and loyalty.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and resolution of customer issues.
  • Monitor and manage customer orders and freight status, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Follow up with customers to provide updates and information throughout the sales order process.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating as necessary.
  • Coordinate with our Asian office to ensure clear communication of orders, shipments, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Production, and Shipping, to ensure smooth customer set-ups and flow of orders.
  • Support marketing activities as needed to promote our brand and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of customer success experience, with 2-3 years preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • English language proficiency, with Mandarin and/or Spanish beneficial.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing-based or business-to-business customer setting.
  • High level of competence in managing complex projects and multi-customer tasks.
  • Attention to detail and passion for accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Knowledge of best practices in customer success and retention.
  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and use of relevant tools to complete tasks.
  • Experience using NetSuite beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to a growing and changing environment.
