About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Vice President, Capital Markets to join our team at Colliers Int. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and market share expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business development and client relationship management, identifying new business opportunities and maintaining and expanding the client base.
  • Manage and lead junior members of the Capital Markets team in the preparation and completion of proposals, presentations, and other ad hoc projects.
  • Provide effective team and project management, overseeing project completion timelines and ensuring client needs are met.
  • Develop strategies for pitches and present pitches to existing and potential clients.
  • Assist in the coordination and growth of a streamlined Capital Markets platform.
  • Collaborate with Colliers Brokerage Advisors to enhance their capabilities and provide added benefit to clients.
  • Represent Colliers Int at industry events and forums to grow personal and company exposure in the marketplace.
Requirements
  • Real Estate license required, with years of experience in a similar role within commercial real estate.
  • Established relationships with investors, including REITs, public corporations, pension funds, and other large institutional entities.
  • Leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills, with a strong enterprising mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Firm grasp and understanding of business needs, client needs, and cultural/financial realities of organizations and the marketplace.
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA, or advanced degree in finance, economics, real estate, or a related field is an asset.
