Capital Markets Senior Vice President

Colliers International is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Vice President, Capital Markets to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for executing our revenue and market share growth strategy in partnership with the President, Capital Markets | Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, developing, and maintaining client relationships
  • Overseeing areas of valuation and financial analysis
  • Leading business development and client relationship management
  • Managing and leading Junior members of the Capital Markets team
  • Providing effective team and project management

Requirements:

  • Real Estate license
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in a similar role within commercial real estate
  • Strong relationships with Investors including REITs, Public Corporations, Pension Funds, and other large Institutional entities
