About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Vice President, Capital Markets to join our team at Colliers International. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and market share expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the President, Capital Markets | Canada to execute Colliers' revenue growth strategy.
  • SOURCE, DEVELOP, and MAINTAIN client relationships, overseeing areas of valuation and financial analysis.
  • Prepare relevant material for pitches, proposals, Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), and client presentations.
  • Lead business development and client relationship management, maintaining and expanding the client base by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Manage and lead Junior members of the Capital Markets team in the preparation and completion of proposals, presentations, CIMs, and ad hoc projects.
  • Develop strategies for pitches and present to existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with Colliers Brokerage Advisors to enhance their capabilities and provide added benefit to clients.
  • Represent Colliers at industry events and forums to grow personal and company exposure in the marketplace.

Requirements

  • Real Estate license required, with years of experience in a similar role within commercial real estate.
  • Established relationships with Investors, including REITs, Public Corporations, Pension Funds, and other large Institutional entities.
  • Leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Firm grasp of business needs, client needs, and cultural/financial realities of organizations and the marketplace.
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA, or advanced degree in finance, economics, real estate, or related field is an asset.
