Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers, assign tasks, and provide guidance to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Merchandise Management: Organize and maintain inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure accurate stock counts.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, provide excellent customer service, and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach employees to improve performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
