Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Siaana Development Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
- Authorize return of merchandise and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Establish work schedules and manage store inventory
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Manage cash and maintain a secure and organized cash handling process
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 to 40 hours per week
- Fluency in English
