Siaana Development Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure effective task management.
- Authorize return of merchandise and maintain a fair and customer-centric approach.
- Establish work schedules and manage inventory to meet sales goals.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to ensure seamless store operations.
- Manage cash and maintain accurate financial records.
- Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Permanent employment with a 35 to 40 hour workweek.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
