We are seeking a highly skilled Global Project Delivery Expert to lead our efforts in creating a best-in-class project delivery capability across the Latin America and Caribbean region.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering major projects within a consulting environment, with a proven track record of successfully leading multi-discipline teams and affecting organizational change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a shared approach to project delivery that delights clients and enables seamless regional and global collaboration.
- Ensure Latin America and the Caribbean is a visible and valued contributor to the global Project Delivery Initiative community.
- Lead a collaborative community of PD professionals from each country operation and drive them to success via a shared change program.
- Develop and manage the adoption of integrated tools and processes aligned with WSP's current best practices.
- Engage regularly with internal clients to ensure they understand the plan, status, next steps, and expected benefits.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A university degree in engineering, planning, or equivalent, with significant experience in delivering medium and large, complex engineering and/or construction projects.
- An impeccable knowledge of the latest project management approaches, ideally PMP certified or equivalent.
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills, with Portuguese being an advantage.
- The legal right to live and work in Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Panama, Peru, or Mexico.
- Exceptional written communication skills, including writing standards/policies, and exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Strong strategic, conceptual, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
What We Offer
This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. The successful candidate will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and professional development opportunities.
