Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Kinetic Environmental. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure staff have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Set up machines and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Estimate costs and materials to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure projects have the necessary resources.
  • Lead and instruct individuals to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Produce reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and inspect work to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Establish and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations to avoid fines and penalties.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and analytical skills.
