Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Platinum Professional Claims Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including labourers, tradespeople, and contractors.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Monitor and control costs, including materials, labour, and equipment.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including timelines, budgets, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget.
  • Train and develop construction staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure that all construction sites are maintained in a clean and safe condition.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license.
