As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
* Delegate work to office support staff to optimize productivity and efficiency
* Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including record-keeping and data management
* Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
* Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
* Train staff on new procedures and policies
* Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure consistency and quality
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Efficient interpersonal skills and time management
* Work Term: Permanent
* Work Language: English
* Hours: 40 hours per week
