At Peoples Trucking Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to optimize productivity
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including policy administration and record management
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and disposal of assets
  • Train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Time management and organizational skills
