Job Title: Administrative Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Peoples Trucking Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Train staff
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Efficient interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Time management

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 1 to 2 people. The work schedule is 40 hours per week.
