We are seeking an Organized and Client-Focused Operational Coordinator at Seven Seas Fish Co. Ltd.
Job Summary:
The Operational Coordinator is responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong multitasking skills, excellent communication, and a team-oriented approach.
About the Role:
As an Operational Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, answering queries, and resolving issues in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, including arranging seminars, conferences, and training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and plan daily operations, including meetings, events, and training sessions
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring up-to-date information
- Order office supplies and manage inventory to ensure efficient operations
- Train and support other team members as needed
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
