**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Vintage Hotels. As a key member of our Front Office Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Register guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Accommodate special requests and provide personalized service to our guests.
  • Assist with pre-registration and blocking of reservations as needed.
  • Check out guests on a regular basis and ensure a smooth departure process.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our room inventory, packages, and room locations.
  • Liaise with housekeeping and other departments to ensure up-to-date guest room availability.
  • Perform office duties such as preparing mail for postage, handling cash transactions, and maintaining keys for rooms.

**Requirements**

  • 1-2 years of front desk experience or similar experience preferred.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to our hotel's systems and procedures.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and evenings.
