At Disera Medical, we are seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze medical information from patients, family members, and other medical professionals to inform diagnosis and treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough physical examinations to identify diseases and injuries, and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide patients with education and support to help them develop healthy habits and manage chronic conditions.
  • Order and interpret laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures to inform treatment decisions.
  • Consult with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate patient care.
  • Prescribe and administer medications and treatments as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements:
  • Must be licensed to practice medicine in Canada.
  • Must have a strong understanding of family medicine principles and practices.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
