Patrol Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Patrol Maintenance Technician to join our team at Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of our roadways and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including equipment operation and repair, to ensure the smooth operation of our roadways and infrastructure.
- Conduct inspections and assessments to identify potential maintenance needs and develop plans to address them.
- Collaborate with our maintenance team to prioritize and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment usage and maintenance hours.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our maintenance operations and services.
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Minimum three (3) years' experience in construction, road maintenance, commercial/industry repair, maintenance or landscaping (outdoor work) (Preferred)
- This position requires you to maintain a Valid Ontario Class "DZ" Driver's License and MTO Operator's Permit, and acceptable driving record.
This role requires frequent exposure to outside weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. You will also be working in a fast-paced environment with moderate to high noise levels.
