At Webber, we are seeking a highly skilled Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the landscapes of our clients.


Job Overview

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of physical fitness and attention to detail. As a Grounds Maintenance Specialist, you will be working outdoors in all types of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation.


About the Job

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Maintaining lawns, gardens, and other outdoor spaces through regular mowing, pruning, and trimming;
  • Performing litter control tasks in designated areas;
  • Conducting basic maintenance and repair of mowing equipment and attachments;
  • Cleaning and performing routine maintenance on small gas tools;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • A valid G Driver's license (preferred but not required);
  • Good driving record and ability to drive a company vehicle;
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience (not necessary);

Work Environment

This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, including:

  • High traffic volume highways;
  • Extreme temperatures;
  • Precipitation;
  • Lifting and moving up to 60 lbs;

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we also provide:
