Bar Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Bar Manager to join our team at 3051939 Nova Scotia Ltd. o/a HI Port Hawkesbury. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Enforce provincial and territorial liquor legislation and regulations, maintaining a high level of compliance.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that our bar is always well-stocked and ready to serve.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, securing the best possible deals for our business.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation, helping to drive sales and increase revenue.
- Lead and instruct individuals, providing guidance and support to ensure that our team is working efficiently and effectively.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
- Manage events, coordinating logistics and ensuring that every detail is taken care of.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, making adjustments as needed to ensure success.
