**Job Summary**

AppleOne is seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our manufacturing process.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Review all documentation related to quality control and assurance.
  • Operate and program Zeiss coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to perform inspections.
  • Conduct inspections of incoming raw materials, first offs, in-process inspections, and final inspections.
  • Inspect outside processing parts, including heat treating and LPI.
  • Generate and disposition non-conformance reports.
  • Communicate with Production and Engineering departments on quality issues.
  • Perform hardness testing and calibrate inspection tools.
  • Attend continuous improvements meetings and complete projects as required.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical related field or equivalent experience.
  • Above average competency in Math.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Inspecting in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance.
  • Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Competent in the use of machine shop inspection tools.
  • Familiar with ISO9000/9001 requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
