Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Holcim. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our concrete products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including procedures, checklists, and reports.
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as civil engineering or quality assurance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including CSA and ACI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
