Job Description

Ontario Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and document comprehensive software testing plans to ensure thorough coverage of all software functionalities.
  • Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks to identify potential issues and optimize system efficiency.
  • Install and configure software and hardware to prepare for testing, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Execute and document test results, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement software testing policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in Java and other relevant programming languages.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
