About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Hooper Welding Enterprises Ltd. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Quality Programs: Design and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct Work Measurements and Studies: Conduct work measurements and studies to identify areas for improvement and optimize production processes.
  • Collect and Analyze Data: Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality and productivity.
  • Develop Manufacturing Procedures: Develop and implement manufacturing procedures to ensure consistency and quality in production.
  • Supervise Staff: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or production control role
Equipment and Machinery Experience
  • Welding: Experience with welding equipment and processes
Government Programs
  • Recognized Employer: Hooper Welding Enterprises Ltd is a recognized employer under government programs

  • Hours: 40 hours per week
