Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and maximize revenue through effective business planning and team leadership.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing store team, promoting a culture of entrepreneurship and teamwork.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
  • Collaborate with other company functions to execute marketing and promotional initiatives.

  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a strong track record of sales growth and team leadership.
