Job Description for Mobile Infrastructure Specialist

GADGET PRO is seeking a skilled Mobile Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our telecommunications equipment.

About the Role
  • This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week.
  • The language requirement for this role is English.

In this role, you will be working on various tasks such as diagnosing and locating equipment faults, adjusting, replacing or repairing telecommunications equipment, inspecting operation of telecommunications equipment, and completing and maintaining test and service reports.

Responsibilities
  1. Diagnose and locate equipment faults using technical expertise and testing tools.
  2. Adjust, replace, or repair telecommunications equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Inspect the operation of telecommunications equipment to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
  4. Complete and maintain accurate test and service reports to document work performed.
  5. Determine the nature, cause, and location of trouble, and provide estimates of costs for repairs.
  6. Remove and replace defective parts to ensure efficient resolution of issues.
  7. Ensure the smooth operation of equipment by conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Less than 7 months of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
