A Day in the Life

As a Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships and partnerships with local customers
  • Attending networking events and customer meetings
  • Overseeing financials and budgets and managing workflow of invoicing/accounts receivables
  • Quotes for maintenance, repairs, and mechanical upgrades
  • Scheduling, alignment, and time management of field crews
  • Dispatch calls to field technicians, providing all necessary job information prior to their arrival on site
  • Ordering and managing Service Inventory, material best practices, and safety equipment distribution
  • Monitoring quality, safety, and training requirements through regular visits to project sites

What You Bring to the Table

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-7 years' experience in a Construction environment; Service Roofing experience is considered an asset
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business
  • Strong management, delegation, planning and leadership skills
  • Strong communication, organization, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCAD)

Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
