En tant qu'agent ou agente principal, vous serez chargé(e) de:

  • Exécuter des transactions avec précision, à temps et en conformité avec les lignes directrices et procédures établies, tout en respectant les accords de niveau de service formels ou informels (SLA)
  • Transférer ou faire escalader les problèmes de traitement ou opérationnels en fonction d'une compréhension solide de l'incident, en contactant la fonction ou le partenaire approprié pour faciliter la résolution et s'assurer que la qualité du service est maintenue
  • Identifier des opportunités d'amélioration de la livraison de service
  • Appuyer les partenaires avec les transactions entrantes, en validant les informations nécessaires pour effectuer les ajustements dans les niveaux d'autorité
  • Interagir avec les partenaires en répondant aux demandes de manière efficace et dans les délais
