We are seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at The Only Cafe. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the field. Key responsibilities include managing restaurant operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management and staff supervision
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
