About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Leader to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that meals are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Evaluate inventory levels and estimate ingredient requirements for meal preparation.
  • Hire and train food service staff to maintain high-quality customer service standards.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation, addressing any concerns or complaints from customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and waste disposal.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on restaurant performance.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring excellent time management and multitasking skills. You will work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking positions, with occasional bending, crouching, and kneeling. What We Offer
