Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Canada Freedom Financial Center Ltd. This role will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to employee inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Perform data entry and maintain digital databases
  • Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations
  • Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Access
