Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Canadian Tire 667 is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of cashiers, grocery clerks, and shelf stockers
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
