Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Carriage Lane Market, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that all customers receive exceptional service.
  • Operations: Establish work schedules, supervise and check assembly of trays, and supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 32 to 40 hours per week
