About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A & W Cardston. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure food and service meet quality control standards
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
    • Permanent full-time position with 32 to 40 hours per week
