Discover a challenging career opportunity as Senior Manager, High Risk Sectors at the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). In this role, you will provide strategic guidance and oversight to the Director, High Risk Sectors, ensuring the effective management of higher-risk clients.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risk, with a solid understanding of the AML risk posed to banks by Correspondent Banks. They should also have experience with financial crime investigations, oversight, or advisory services within banking, law enforcement, or a regulatory body.

You will be responsible for maintaining responsibility for the identification, confirmation, management, and approval process for the on-boarding and periodic review and assessment of high-risk clients. Additionally, you will assist the Director, High Risk Sectors, in maintaining, creating, and communicating enterprise HRC policies, processes, control standards, guidelines, and risk position papers.
