- Quality Control: Inspect work orders, test automotive systems, and review work performed to ensure quality standards are met.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in heavy vehicle maintenance and repair, or equivalent experience.
- Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience working with commercial transport trucks, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, frequent lifting and carrying of tools and equipment, and exposure to dust and noise.
- Personal Suitability: Dependability, flexibility, judgment, and reliability.
- Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Work Environment: Workshop setting with dusty and noisy conditions.
- Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
