Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist housekeeping staff in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
