Job Summary

The Seasonal Delivery Helper Coordinator is a key role within our UPS Package Centres, responsible for assisting in the dispatch, allocation, and on-route management of Seasonal Delivery Helpers. This position works closely with On-Road Supervisors and driver dispatch teams to ensure that UPS drivers have assigned Delivery Helpers in different areas of their assigned routes.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Delivery Helpers within an assigned UPS Package Centre
- Conduct training sessions for new Delivery Helpers, covering UPS delivery procedures and the use of delivery technology
- Oversee the dispatch of assignments to Delivery Helpers, ensuring accurate attendance tracking and timecard management
- Assist in the delivery of safety and compliance training programs
- Address and respond to feedback from drivers and customers

Requirements

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Share Point
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers
- Confident in public speaking and presenting to groups
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced dispatch environment
