As a Delivery Manager at Latecoere, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Product Delivery Model meets client needs and agreed outcomes, while maintaining good governance and quality standards. You will empower and support teams to perform well, learn, and grow in a manner consistent with our company values.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Build and maintain constructive relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
* Motivate and empower teams to create a positive and creative culture
* Manage and develop a small team, focusing on employee performance and growth
* Leverage successful delivery and strong client relationships to explore follow-on business opportunities
* Understand critical success factors for projects and ensure each work stream has a plan in place to achieve them
* Manage program risks and issues, escalating where necessary
* Effectively manage program risks and issues, escalating where necessary
* Identify and escalate Supply Chain or Operational Risks to ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve
* Identify exceptions impacting delivery that require customer and cross-functional coordination and escalate to the Program Manager
* Manage the EDI system to ensure all customer orders are correctly captured – report out and resolve nonconforming orders
* Maintain Program LOB's for WWF and Spoiler lines
* NCRs for each program/Returns
* CGD (Controlled Goods Security Assessment Applications)
* Have responsibility for staffing teams and assisting with recruitment activities to enable stable organizational growth

**Requirements:**

* 7+ years of experience with increasing levels of responsibility, including experience successfully managing various projects
* Outstanding grasp of program management concepts and processes
* PMP certification desired
* Sales and Operations Planning background essential
* Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project)
* Bachelor's degree
