About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Floor Management: Oversee the sales floor, ensuring that it is well-organized and visually appealing, and that all products are properly displayed and stocked.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is properly ordered and received, and that all products are accurately priced and displayed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail sales environment
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
