Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Hampton General Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring efficient and effective store operations.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Cash Handling and Sales: Manage cash and sales transactions, including processing payments and handling customer complaints.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
