Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Assign sales workers to duties, resolve customer complaints, and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage cash, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
