Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service support to clients in-store and over the phone, including retail sales, phone support, quote, and order entry.
- Analyze and verify the accuracy of orders to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining an excellent standard of service and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Act as a point of escalation and conflict management when needed, providing empathetic and professional support to clients.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the team, including shipping and receiving inventory.
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced office management or customer coordination role, preferably in the healthcare or related field.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Navision and Jobber.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work patiently with clients and provide clear explanations of products and services.
- Empathy and compassion, with the ability to navigate complex situations and provide supportive solutions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
