    • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
    • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Budget Management
    • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Office Procedures
    • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Scheduling and Appointments
    • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Contract Management
    • Manage contracts
  • Communication
    • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
    • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
    • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Data Compilation
    • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Customer Service
    • Provide customer service
  • Recruitment and Hiring
    • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Database Management
    • Maintain and manage digital database
  • Bookkeeping
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Customer Follow-up
    • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have the ability to work well under pressure. A high school diploma is required, and prior experience as an administrative assistant would be an asset.
