We are a dynamic and fast-paced organization seeking a highly organized Strategic Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and contribute to the growth of our company.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies, as well as establishing and implementing policies and procedures. They will also supervise 1 to 2 people, plan and organize daily operations, and oversee the preparation of reports.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience. In addition, we provide a stable and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.

This full-time position requires 30 to 35 hours of work per week, with public transportation available. The ideal candidate will have a permanent employment status and be fluent in English.
