Job Title: Principal Architectural Leader, Health Sector Expert
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal Architectural Leader to join our Health Sector team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading architectural projects in the healthcare sector, collaborating with clients and internal teams, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural projects in the healthcare sector, from design to delivery
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to achieve project goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
- Contribute to business development and growth initiatives
- Mentor and coach junior team members
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in the AEC industry, with a focus on healthcare architecture
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- LEED AP credential preferred
