Senior Risk Assurance Leader

About the Role:
The AVP, Global Information Risk Assurance Program is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing the global information risk management program. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in risk assurance, control testing, and information security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework to ensure the company's information assets are protected.
- Lead a team of risk management professionals to conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and risk appetite.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, risk management teams, and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging risks and trends in information security and risk management.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in risk management, information security, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading risk management teams and developing effective risk management frameworks.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles, including risk assessment, risk mitigation, and risk monitoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex risk data and provide recommendations.
