About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Great Slave Helicopters 2018 Ltd. As a key member of our Business Development Team, you will provide administrative support and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to the Business Development Team, including data entry, scheduling, and correspondence.
  2. Work closely with the Business Development and Operations Team to ensure accurate contract billing and quality control.
  3. Assist in preparing marketing materials, proposals, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
  4. Coordinate logistics for marketing programs, events, and meetings.
  5. Review and edit documents, reports, and correspondence for format, content, grammar, and spelling.
  6. Prepare draft reports, background documentation, and research as requested.
  7. Maintain schedules and engagement calendars, and provide clerical and technical support for procurement.
  8. Accurately file correspondence, business cards, invoices, and receipts.
  9. Become familiar with joint-venture agreements, their current status, representative partners, and customer base in each region.
Requirements
  1. Clerical or senior administration experience or educational equivalency preferred.
  2. Highly efficient project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  3. Proven team player with strong working knowledge of marketing and executive management principles.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication and comprehension.
  5. Highly organized and service-oriented individual.
Working Environment

This is an office-based role with some travel required. Manual dexterity is required to use desktop computers and peripherals. The working hours are Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM, with some flexibility on hours considered.
